product overview:

The TQ-665 flange type torque sensor adopts a compact flange flange connection design, with one end of the rotor installed on the transmission end and the other end directly connected to the load end, making it easy to install into the transmission system. In addition, the sensor is equipped with a built-in speed measurement unit.
The flange type torque sensor can be directly installed on the transmission equipment. The stator ring is fixed to the outer ring of the rotating rotor and supported by the stator base.
The design of sensor volume, size, material, measurement system, and signal transmission is specifically designed for harsh and complex operating conditions on engine test benches.
Product features:
The TQ-665 strain gauge flange torque sensor is equipped with a digital measurement signal conditioning unit, which directly outputs data in standard analog or digital signal form through contactless transmission. The rotor rotates inside the stator ring and no mechanical bearings are allowed to be used, so there is no wear.
